Samsung iDCS/OS Time Change Instructions Due to the recent time change or upcoming time change, Safe Harbor Communications has prepared the following instructions for you to change the time on your phone system. Please read the instructions first, and then follow them exactly as listed. You will need a system phone with the receiver on the hook. For instructional purposes we will enter a time and date value of Friday, February 27 at 2:30 pm. Changing from February 27 at 1:30.
